Lost/Missing Packages

Float Free Co. (FFC) is not liable for incorrect addresses placed during the checkout process. Please ensure that your billing and shipping address is correct prior to confirming your order. 

Upon confirmation of delivery by the courier, FFC disclaims all liability for theft or loss of the order. Proof of delivery constitutes completion of our obligation. Third-party delivery services operate independently from FFC.

Australia - 12-14 business days

United States - 7-12 business days

United Kingdom - 6-10 business days

*This doesn't include our 1-3 day processing time. All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped, however this may sometimes not be available due to free shipping.
